fix: ship consolidated review design polish - #33

Summary

• consolidate the latest review UI design-bash changes, including keyboard navigation, sidebar controls, comment selection polish, live theme synchronization, and preserved settings return state
• remove the temporary accent-color debugger and keep full-screen annotation creation focused
• revise the homepage and core documentation for direct, consistent product language
• refresh the checked-in release evidence from the complete verification run
